How do I find my way and direction in the midst of so much movement and change?

This sacred circle gathering of friendship and reflection, is an invitation to remember the value of listening to your intuitive internal wisdom and to reconnect with what is essential in you, in order to come into coherence and alignment with the present moment and what seeks to be heard from within you.

WHAT IS A CIRCLE OF FRIENDSHIP & REFLECTION?

It is a virtual ceremonial space, inspired by the ancestral tradition of the Native American sacred circles, which are powerful spaces of expression and attentive listening that are aligned with the life energy that flows through all of nature of which are part.

The sacred circle is a ceremonial healing space of deep love and respect, designed to foster unity and understanding. In a circle, we practice different levels of listening such as internal listening, listening to ourselves through others and listening to ourselves through our relationship with life itself — awakening different levels of our individual and collective wisdom to obtain greater perspective for understanding, insights, inspiration, and clarity.

Innumerable gifts are received and generated when we participate and share in a circle authentically with open hearts and through deep listening anchored in the present moment.

IN WHAT LANGUAGE WILL THIS EVENT BE FACILITATED?

This event will be facilitated in English and Spanish

WHAT IS THE DURATION?

This sacred circle gathering will last approximately 3 hours (more or less) taking into account the natural unfolding circle. One of the most beautiful aspects of this type of space is the unexplainable beauty we co-create together as a group through presence, where we share, listen, and hold space with an open heart for each participant.

We invite you to participate the entire time. However, if you have to leave early for any reason, we understand. Please feel free to quietly leave the Zoom meeting whenever you need to.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE EXPERIENCES THAT WILL TAKE PLACE DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER?

We will enjoy meditation, reflection, conversations, wisdom of nature, conscious music and traditional medicine songs.
