This retreat is an invitation to remember and reconnect with the wealth of landscapes and wisdom paths that exist within you — your inner treasures, your Nature, and the beauty that exists in you and around you.
We say remembering because through our growth and the current speed of daily life, we often forget to connect with our moment-to-moment felt experience, instead, we tend to act from an autopilot, which prevents us from noticing learned patterns, seeing the relationship between felt experience, the quality of our actions, and what we manifest in the day-to-day.
In the ancestral vision of the Navajo people, everything is interconnected. They see the universe as an all-inclusive, interdependent whole in which everything has a place and unique and beneficial relationship with all other living things. Hence, the importance of generating greater awareness about how we, as humans, play our part.
During this retreat, we will weave a tapestry of experiential activities that will allow you to connect with your being from diverse perspectives:
You will connect with:
-
your senses
-
your values
-
your innate wisdom
-
Nature
-
imagination
-
with the sense of community
-
and with spaces for reflection and clarity
Each activity is specially designed to help you access different perspectives and tools so that you can see, listen, love, and broaden your personal vision, thus, build a present moment of greater awareness, harmony, connection, and participation.
We strive to create a space that feels like home, where we can learn and grow together as a close-knit community, so we will limit attendance to a maximum of 14 participants (including instructors). It is our goal that each person receives maximum benefit from the retreat and the community.
You will feel renewed, energized and inspired.
